8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.2 Wagering Requirements

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HC777, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings or data arising from technical failures, service interruptions or third-party payment-processor errors;

HC777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
